Article number 123/AD dated November 17th, 2004, was published in the Lebanese Official Gazette number 62 issued on November 25th, 2004".

The name given to it is:

"Waleed Joseph Iskandar Charity Foundation"

The Executive Board of the Foundation is formed of the following members:

  1. Jamil Bermans Iskandar - President
  2. Jules Bermans Iskandar - Vice President
  3. Maroun Bermans Iskandar - Secretary & Treasurer
  4. Pierre Bermans Iskandar - Representative Towards the Government
  5. Mona Gemayel Iskandar- Accountant
Membership subscription fee is fixed at LBP25,000,- (Twenty Five Thousand Lebanese Pounds) / per applicant.

One of the first tasks that the Foundation will accomplish is to launch in the Lebanon schools.
Benny Iskandar MD will be the coordinator between in the USA and in the Lebanon.
Sandra Abillama and Samia Bakhos will be in charge of promoting the chapter of the Lebanese

Ranya Nasrallah will help in promoting and educating Lebanese children how to think first.
